What we collect, why we need it, and how long we keep it.
Account and order details: name, email address, delivery address, phone number, order history, messages with our team. Payment details are processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers. Where customs clearance requires it, we may ask for identification documents.
To buy goods on your behalf, to ship and clear parcels, to answer your questions, to meet accounting and customs obligations, and to prevent fraud.
Sellers and couriers where needed to complete your order; customs authorities where required by law; our payment provider for transactions; service providers who host our systems and email. We do not sell personal data.
Order and shipping records are kept for as long as accounting and customs rules require. Identification documents collected for a single clearance are deleted after the parcel clears, or after to be completed at the latest. Messages are kept for two years.
Our systems and team are in China, and we use service providers in other countries. Transfers outside your region rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of errors, deletion where we have no legal obligation to keep it, or restriction of processing. Write to support@buyshipnest.com; we reply within 30 days.
