Parcel consolidation

Bring purchases from different Chinese sellers together, review packing preferences and pay international freight after the combined shipment is measured.

Shopping across several sellers often means several domestic parcels. Consolidation lets you prepare eligible items for a combined international shipment, with your packaging preferences agreed before work begins.

What standard consolidation means

The first standard consolidation is included. We bring compatible parcels for the same recipient together and prepare a suitable outer shipment. The final size and weight depend on your items and the protection they need; consolidation does not guarantee a lower shipping price.

Your packaging choices matter

Tell us if you want domestic transport wrapping removed. Retail boxes, gift boxes and product labels stay with the items unless you specifically authorise removal. Once packaging is removed, it may not be possible to restore it.

Your consolidation checklist

  1. Confirm that all expected parcels have arrived, or tell us which arrivals to wait for.
  2. Select the items going to the same recipient and destination.
  3. Tell us which packaging to keep and which transport wrapping may be removed.
  4. Disclose fragile items and ask about any additional protection before packing.
  5. Review the packed dimensions, weight and shipping quotation before paying for freight.

When items need separate shipments

Different recipients require separate shipments. Carrier restrictions, incompatible contents, size limits or protection needs may also make separate packages necessary. We confirm the practical options when reviewing the items and route.

Extra protection and special handling

Additional cushioning, custom protection, unusual packing requirements or other extra services are quoted for approval before work. Ask in advance if the original retail packaging is important for resale or gifting.

Storage still follows the original arrival date

Combining parcels does not restart free storage. Eligible standard parcels receive 60 days from their own original arrival date; from day 61, storage is US$0.10 per original parcel per day. Oversized storage is quoted separately. See eligibility and fee details.
