Item services
Done at the warehouse, before your parcel is packed. Anything that alters the item usually makes it non-returnable — we say so before doing it.

| Measurement report | US$1.50 / item | Chest, length, waist, insole and so on, measured with a tape or calipers. |
| Tag removal | US$0.50 / item | Retail tags and security tags removed. Voids returns. |
| Ironing / steaming | US$3.00 / item | For clothing that arrives creased from the seller's packing. |

Packing services
Packing changes volumetric weight, which is what you actually pay for on bulky items. Removing a shoebox often saves more than the service costs.
