What we do, what you pay for, and where responsibility sits. Written to be read, not to hide behind.
BuyShipNest ("we", "us") provides purchasing and parcel forwarding services from Guangzhou, China. Our registered entity, registration number and registered address are to be completed. You can reach us at support@buyshipnest.com.
We act as your purchasing agent and forwarder, not as the seller of the goods. We buy from third-party sellers in China in our own name, receive the goods at our warehouse, check them as described on our site, and ship them to the address you provide.
Quotes are valid for 48 hours and itemise goods, service fee, currency conversion, domestic delivery and payment fees. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and the first invoice is paid. International freight is quoted separately after the parcel is weighed, and requires your approval before dispatch.
The fees that apply are those published on our fees page at the time of your order. We do not add charges that are not listed there.
We do not purchase or ship counterfeit goods, unauthorised branded goods, loose lithium batteries, medicines, weapons, fresh food, or any item prohibited by Chinese export rules or by the destination country. We may refuse an order at any stage and refund the goods value where we do so.
You are the importer of record in your country. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are your responsibility. We declare the amount you actually paid; we do not under-declare on request, and we do not reimburse duties or taxes.
Personal orders include 90 days of free storage from arrival, then US$0.10 per item per day up to day 180. Goods remaining after day 180 may be treated as abandoned and disposed of. Seller accounts include 60 days free storage.
Risk in the goods passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Report loss or damage within 7 days of the expected delivery with the photos we provided. Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods, or the insured amount where insurance was purchased.
Before we purchase: cancellation is possible, less payment fees already incurred. After purchase: the service fee is not refundable, and returns depend on the seller's policy. Full detail is on our refund page.
You agree not to use the service to import prohibited items, to evade customs duties, or to infringe intellectual property. We may suspend an account that does, and recover costs caused by it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for delays caused by customs or carriers, or for the acts of third-party sellers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
These terms are governed by the laws of to be completed, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. Before any formal step, contact us — most issues are resolved in a few messages.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place an order.
