Clear fees, paid in stages
Understand BuyShipNest purchasing, forwarding, photo, consolidation and storage fees. International freight is quoted after packing and weighing.
Your costs depend on what you buy, how parcels arrive and how you choose to ship. We separate goods, services and freight so you can review the quotation at each stage. All service amounts below are in US dollars.
Purchasing service fee

The fee is calculated on goods value, not on international freight. The US$5 minimum applies once to the whole purchasing request, not to each item. Goods, seller domestic delivery and approved optional services are shown separately in the quotation.
A simple example
For US$800 of goods: US$500 × 12% + US$300 × 10% = US$90 purchasing service fee. Goods plus this fee total US$890 before domestic delivery, optional services, international freight, and any destination duties or taxes.

Service fee only. Goods, China delivery, international freight, customs charges and approved optional services are separate. Any applicable charges are shown for confirmation before payment. Final international freight is payable after warehouse packing and weighing.
Receiving, photos and packing

Basic checks do not include authenticity verification or full functional testing. Forwarding receipt does not include opening parcels or photographing each product. Ask for any additional inspection before it is carried out.
Storage
Standard storage applies only when a parcel meets both conditions: weight of 5 kg or less and volume of 0.03 m³ or less.
- Days 1–60: free standard storage from the original parcel’s arrival date.
- From day 61: US$0.10 per original parcel per day.
- After consolidation: each original parcel keeps its existing storage clock; consolidation does not reset it.
- Above either standard limit: storage is quoted separately.
International shipping and destination charges
International freight is quoted separately after packing, measuring and weighing. It depends on the route, contents, destination and chargeable weight. Duties, taxes, customs charges and destination handling may be additional; their treatment depends on the selected route. Understand shipping quotations.
Payment and quotation currency
Check the approved quotation for the payable amount and currency. Any applicable currency conversion or payment processing cost must be disclosed before payment. Do not treat a fee calculation on this page as a final order or freight quotation.
