Found something in China but need help buying it? Send the product links, selected options and quantities. We check the details with the seller, prepare a quotation and purchase after you approve and pay.

What to send

• Product links from Taobao, 1688 or another Chinese seller. Describe the selected option clearly when it is difficult to identify.
• The exact size, colour, model, quantity and any seller-specific SKU or minimum order requirement.
• Your destination country and any deadline, inspection request or packaging preference.

What happens next

1. We review your request. We check availability, options, seller requirements and any known shipping restrictions.
2. You review the quotation. Goods, domestic delivery and our service fee are listed separately. A WhatsApp consultation does not start a purchase.
3. We purchase after payment. If the seller changes the price or availability, we contact you before proceeding with a change.
4. We receive and photograph. Basic quantity and exterior checks and three basic photos per SKU are included. You can request additional detail photos.
5. You choose how to ship. Combine eligible items, confirm packaging, then review the freight quote after packing and weighing.

What the basic inspection covers

We compare the visible item, selected options and quantity with your request and look for obvious exterior damage. This is not an authenticity assessment, a full quality certification or functional testing. Tell us before purchasing if a particular detail matters; additional checks depend on feasibility and a separate quote.

Purchasing fees

The purchasing fee is 12% of the first US$500 of goods value and 10% of the amount above US$500, with a US$5 minimum for the whole purchasing request. It is not a per-item minimum. Domestic delivery, international freight and optional services are separate. See the full fee breakdown.

Changes, cancellations and seller returns

Tell us as soon as possible if you need a change. The available options depend on whether payment has been made and whether the supplier purchase has already happened. After purchase, returns depend on seller acceptance, return delivery costs and services already completed. Review any issue promptly when arrival photos are available.
