The report is not a certificate and it is not a guarantee of quality — it is a record. It says what arrived, in what condition, and what was found when we opened the box. That record is what protects you in a dispute with a seller or a carrier.

We do not test electronics to manufacturer specification, we do not authenticate branded goods beyond the seller's own documentation, and we do not open sealed hygiene products. Where a test is not possible we say so in the report rather than pretending.
