We sit on your side of the table: we negotiate in Chinese, verify the supplier, check the goods and ship them. The factory never becomes your counterparty.
A purchasing agent is not a shop and not a marketplace. We are a company in Guangzhou that buys on your instruction, in our own name, in RMB — and takes responsibility for what arrives at the warehouse. That distinction matters when something goes wrong. A marketplace removes a listing; an agent goes back to the supplier, in Chinese, with the parcel in hand and the photos already taken.
Buying power in RMB. We pay Chinese sellers the way they expect to be paid, which is why we get domestic prices rather than export markups.
Verification, not trust. Supplier records, sample checks, and inspection before the parcel leaves China.
Consolidation and forwarding. One box instead of five, 90 days of free storage, and routes to 180 countries.
Same language as the factory. Negotiation, complaints and returns happen in Mandarin, on the phone, same day.
What does a purchasing agent actually do? We buy goods in China on your behalf: sourcing, price negotiation, payment in RMB, receiving at our warehouse, inspection, consolidation and international shipping.
How are you different from Alibaba? Alibaba is a directory and a payment escrow. We are the buyer on the ground: we place the order, receive it, open it, photograph it and ship it.
Which platforms can you buy from? Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Xianyu, JD, Pinduoduo, Weidian, Poizon and Alibaba.com — plus direct factory orders.
