The service fee starts at US$7 for orders up to US$50, and the freight is quoted on the packed weight once we have the parcel in hand.

Common questions

Do you have a minimum order? No. A single item is fine. Some 1688 suppliers have their own minimum, and we will tell you before you commit.

Is it more expensive per item to order one? The service fee is banded, so a small order pays a small fee. Freight has a minimum per shipment, which is why consolidating several small orders saves money.

Can I order from several shops at once? Yes, and it is usually cheaper: we combine the parcels into one shipment.
