Goods price, weight, destination. You get the service fee, freight, payment cost and landed total — the same formulas we use in a written quote.
Duty and VAT are not included above — the note under the total explains what applies at your destination. A written quote confirms everything within two working hours.
Service fee. Banded and applied only to the part of the order in each band: US$7 flat to US$50, 15% from US$50–150, 10% from US$150–2,000, 6% above. A US$300 order pays US$37.
Currency conversion. 1.5% above the mid-market rate, because we pay the seller in RMB.
Domestic delivery and handling. US$3 typical for the seller-to-warehouse leg inside China, plus US$1.50 inbound handling for weighing, measuring, two photos and shelving.
Payment. Card 4.5%, bank or Wise 1.5%, USDT 1% — what the processor charges, passed through at cost.
Freight. Destination rate per kilo, plus 10% handling, billed on the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Sea is about a third of air above 20 kg.
Not included. Duty and VAT, insurance (2% optional), a wooden crate (from US$10), and remote-area surcharges. Each appears in the written quote if it applies.
