China’s sneaker and streetwear authentication platform — every item is checked by the platform before it ships.
Buying from Poizon (Dewu) from outside China runs into the same wall every time: Chinese account, and items ship to a mainland address only after authentication. We remove that wall by buying in our own name, in RMB, from our Guangzhou entity — and shipping to you once the parcel has been checked.
1. Send the link. One item or fifty, with the size, colour or model you want.
2. Get a written quote. Item price, service fee, freight and estimated tax, itemised. Valid 48 hours.
3. We buy. Payment in RMB within the same day, so flash sales and limited stock are not lost to the time difference.
4. We receive and check. We keep the authentication tag and certificate with the parcel and photograph the seal.
5. We ship. Air express or sea consolidation, with tracking from the day it leaves Guangzhou.
Standard service fee plus Poizon’s authentication fee, which we pass through at cost.
The service fee is banded: US$7 flat up to US$50, 15% from US$50 to US$150, 10% from US$150 to US$2,000, 6% above. Each band applies only to the part of the order inside it — a US$300 order pays US$37, not 10% of the whole thing.
Authenticated items are final sale; the platform’s own check is the guarantee.
We do not under-declare value, we do not ship counterfeit goods, and we do not buy from listings that ask for payment outside the platform. If a seller looks like a scam, we say so before you pay.
How does your Poizon (Dewu) buying service work? You send a product link. We quote the item price, the service fee and the freight in writing. Once you approve, we buy it in our own name in RMB, receive it at our Guangzhou warehouse, check it, and ship it to your address.
Why can't I just buy from Poizon (Dewu) myself? Chinese account, and items ship to a mainland address only after authentication.
What does it cost? Standard service fee plus Poizon’s authentication fee, which we pass through at cost. The freight is quoted separately on the packed weight, and you see every line before you pay.
What if the item is wrong or damaged? We keep the authentication tag and certificate with the parcel and photograph the seal. Authenticated items are final sale; the platform’s own check is the guarantee.
Written price within two working hours. Nothing charged until you approve.
