Anyone can claim to check parcels. These are the stages a parcel passes through at our Guangzhou warehouse, in the order they happen, photographed on the floor that handles them.

**Receiving bay**Parcels arrive from sellers and are scanned against the order number before anything is opened.

**Shelving by customer**Every parcel gets a shelf position tied to your account, so nothing is mixed with anyone else.

**Inspection and packing bench**Where the box is opened, counted, photographed and sealed again.

**Piece count and label check**The item is compared with the order: size, colour, model, accessories.

**Condition photography**Any dent, scratch or missing part is photographed before a decision is made.

**Storage racks**Free storage runs 90 days — long enough to consolidate several orders into one shipment.

**Outbound labelling**The sealed box is weighed, labelled and photographed with the tracking number visible.

**Dispatch floor**Parcels leave in daily batches; the tracking number goes to your WhatsApp thread the same day.

**Detail check before sealing**Stitching, hardware, serial numbers — photographed at close range where it matters.

Why the order matters

Inspection happens before packing, and the person who inspects is not the person who seals the box. That separation is deliberate: it is the difference between a check and a formality.

Every stage produces a photograph, and those photographs go to your WhatsApp thread before the parcel ships. If something is wrong, you decide while the item is still in China, where a return costs a fraction of an international one.
