Dozens of buyers, dozens of inspectors, dozens of support agents and tens of thousands of square metres of warehousing — one operation, one roof, and one agent who answers for your order.
Size matters only when it changes what happens to your parcel. Here is what our scale actually buys you: the buying team can reach a factory the same day, the inspection bench opens every parcel before it ships, and the support desk keeps answering at 2am because it is staffed in shifts rather than in one office hour.
Sourcing and buying. Buyers work the Chinese marketplaces every day — Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Xianyu, JD, Pinduoduo, Weidian, Poizon — and speak to factories in Mandarin. They place the order, negotiate the price and chase the seller.
Warehouse and inspection. Parcels are received, scanned, opened, counted, photographed and shelved. Inspection is a separate step from packing, deliberately: the person who checks is not the person who seals the box.
Packing and dispatch. Consolidation, repacking, protective wrapping, wooden crates where needed, weighing and labelling. This is where the volumetric weight — and therefore your freight bill — is decided.
Customer support. Agents own customer threads end to end. The desk is staffed in shifts across the day, including weekends and Chinese public holidays.
Custom work. A small team handles private label, print-on-demand, packaging and custom sourcing, co-ordinating between your artwork and the factory.
Because a large team without an owner is a queue. Your agent is the single person who holds your file: they know the supplier you rejected, the size you need, the colour code that arrived wrong last time. Behind them, the warehouse checks, the buyers negotiate and the support desk covers the hours they sleep.
That is the combination most agents cannot offer: the capacity of a real operation, with a named person accountable for your order.
| Department | Size |
|---|---|
| Customer support and agents | Dozens, working in shifts across the day |
| Sourcing and buying | Dozens of buyers on the Chinese marketplaces |
| Quality inspection | Dozens of inspectors, separate from packing |
| Warehouse floor | Tens of thousands of square metres in Guangzhou |
We describe our scale in departments rather than one inflated headline number, because the department is what touches your order: a buyer places it, an inspector checks it, a packer seals it, and an agent answers for all three.
Can I visit? Yes, by appointment. Tell your agent the date and we will arrange it.
Will I always deal with the same person? Yes, unless you ask to change. If your agent is offline, a colleague on the same thread covers with the same history.
Do you handle both small and bulk orders? Yes — one item gets the same inspection as a thousand.
