Taobao agent: buy from 淘宝 without an account.

Buying from Taobao from outside China runs into the same wall every time: Needs a Chinese phone number to register, Alipay to pay, and a mainland address to deliver to. Most sellers do not ship abroad. We remove that wall by buying in our own name, in RMB, from our Guangzhou entity — and shipping to you once the parcel has been checked.

How it works, step by step

1. Send the link. One item or fifty, with the size, colour or model you want.

2. Get a written quote. Item price, service fee, freight and estimated tax, itemised. Valid 48 hours.

3. We buy. Payment in RMB within the same day, so flash sales and limited stock are not lost to the time difference.

4. We receive and check. We open the parcel, count the pieces, check size and colour against the order, and photograph anything that looks off.

5. We ship. Air express or sea consolidation, with tracking from the day it leaves Guangzhou.

Cost

Standard service fee (US$7 flat up to US$50, then 15% / 10% / 6%). No markup on the item price.

The service fee is banded: US$7 flat up to US$50, 15% from US$50 to US$150, 10% from US$150 to US$2,000, 6% above. Each band applies only to the part of the order inside it — a US$300 order pays US$37, not 10% of the whole thing.

Returns to Taobao sellers are possible within 7 days of delivery to our warehouse, in the original packaging.

What we will not do

We do not under-declare value, we do not ship counterfeit goods, and we do not buy from listings that ask for payment outside the platform. If a seller looks like a scam, we say so before you pay.
