All three are quoted in US dollars; local currency display is indicative and settled at the mid-market rate plus 1.5%. We do not take payment to a personal account, and we do not ask for payment outside the invoice. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a transfer to a different name, it is not us — check the invoice. For business accounts we offer 30-day terms at 1% per month on approved volume.

Is this included in the service fee? Sourcing, negotiation and the inspection are included in the banded service fee. Freight and destination taxes are quoted separately, so you always see what each part costs.
