Not a stock photo of a logistics hall. The actual floor, the actual shelves, and the table where every parcel is checked before it flies.
Buying from China is a trust problem before it is a price problem. You are asked to send money to a company you have never seen, for goods you will not touch for two weeks. The only honest answer is to show the work.
These are photographs of our warehouse in Guangzhou: the receiving bays, the inspection table, the packing benches and the shelves where parcels wait for consolidation.
1. Receiving. The parcel arrives from the seller, gets scanned against your order number, and is photographed in the condition it arrived in.
2. Inspection. It is opened on the table, counted against the order, checked for size, colour, model and damage, and photographed again — the item, the label and any fault.
3. Storage. Checked parcels go on the shelf under your account, free for 90 days, until you decide to ship or consolidate.
4. Packing. Outer cartons come off, items are nested and protected, the sealed box is weighed and photographed with the label visible.
5. Dispatch. The parcel leaves on the route you approved, with the tracking number sent to the same WhatsApp thread.
A photograph taken before sealing is the only evidence that survives a dispute. It proves what was in the box, what it weighed and how it was packed. If a carrier damages a parcel, that set is what a claim needs. If a seller sends the wrong item, it is what a return needs. Without it, everyone argues from memory.
Free storage runs 90 days from arrival. After that it is US$0.10 per item per day up to day 180; parcels left beyond that are treated as abandoned. Consolidation is free for up to three parcels, then US$0.50 per additional parcel.
Can I see photos of my own parcel? Yes. Every parcel is photographed on arrival and after inspection, and the photos are sent to you before anything ships.
Can I visit the warehouse? Yes, by appointment. Tell your agent the date and we will arrange it.
Do you repack? Yes — removing retail boxes and nesting items is standard on consolidation, because it lowers volumetric weight and therefore your freight bill.
One link is enough to start. You will see the photos before you pay for freight.
Send a product link, a photo or a spec. We reply with a written price, usually within two working hours.
