Shipping from China to the Netherlands: what it actually costs.

Every destination has its own arithmetic. This page is the NL version: the freight we charge today, the threshold that decides whether tax is due, and the paperwork that keeps a parcel moving.

Air express, door to door, billed on the packed weight. Rates include handling; the service fee is separate and shown on the fees page.

Sea consolidation costs about a third of air on parcels above 20 kg, with 30–45 days transit.

Threshold. €150 — duty above it; VAT from the first euro.

Tax. VAT 21%.

Our position. We declare the real value, every time. Under-declaring is fraud, and a seized parcel costs more than the tax saved.

What we check before it leaves Guangzhou

Every parcel is opened, counted, weighed and photographed. For NL we also check: Rotterdam clears fast; parcels above €150 need a full invoice with HS codes.
