A direct answer first, then the detail that decides the outcome.
You get two tracking numbers, and they mean different things. The domestic one covers the seller to our Guangzhou warehouse — usually 1–4 days and only meaningful inside China. The international one starts when the parcel leaves us: it is the number your local post or courier recognises, and it is the one to watch. We send both, plus the inspection photos, in the same WhatsApp thread. If the international number shows no movement for more than five working days, tell us and we will open a trace with the carrier — that is a conversation we have in Chinese, not something you should have to do.
