Review items that need advance review before purchasing or forwarding. Acceptance depends on the contents, carrier and destination.
An item being available from a seller does not mean it can be shipped internationally. Acceptance depends on the actual contents, destination requirements and the selected carrier. Ask before you purchase or dispatch anything uncertain.
Items needing advance review
- Batteries, power banks, battery-powered products and loose electrical cells.
- Liquids, creams, powders, aerosols, perfume and other substances requiring special handling.
- Food, supplements, medicines, cosmetics, seeds, plants and animal-derived products.
- Strong magnets, fragile goods, oversized items and products with unusual packing needs.
- Branded goods or other items where documentation, authenticity or import permission may be relevant.
Do not send dangerous or unlawful goods
Do not send weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit goods or other unlawful items. Do not conceal contents, remove hazard information or describe an item inaccurately.
What to include when asking
- A product link, clear description and photos or specifications if available.
- For batteries: whether installed, the battery type, quantity and stated capacity.
- For liquids or powders: the actual substance, volume and available safety information.
- The destination country, intended quantity and whether the shipment is for personal or business use.
A check is specific to your shipment
A previous shipment or a seller’s statement does not establish acceptance for a new route. We review the information you provide and may ask for additional documents. Final acceptance remains subject to the selected carrier and relevant destination requirements.
