How BuyShipNest works

There are two ways to start. Choose purchasing assistance if you want us to place the seller order, or forwarding if you will buy and pay the seller yourself. Both paths meet at receiving, packing and international shipping.

Path 1 · We buy for you

1. Send your shopping list on WhatsApp. Include links, exact options, quantities and destination.
2. Approve and pay the quotation. Review goods, domestic delivery and the purchasing service fee.
3. We place the purchase. We confirm any material seller changes with you before proceeding.
4. Review arrivals. Check the basic quantity/exterior information and three photos per SKU.

Path 2 · You buy, we forward

1. Check your items with us. Share the destination and anything requiring special handling.
2. Receive confirmed warehouse instructions. Wait for your assigned receiving details before sending.
3. Buy from the seller. Use the confirmed instructions and share domestic tracking information.
4. Review parcel receipt. Each original parcel is registered with outer-package photos.

1. Choose the items and packing. Confirm which arrivals to include, the recipient and packaging to preserve.
2. We pack, measure and weigh. Ask about additional protection before packing is complete.
3. Review and pay freight. The international shipping quotation is separate from your purchasing payment.
4. Dispatch and tracking. Tracking details are shared when the carrier handover information is available.
