What determines the freight charge
- Destination: country, region and postal code, including any remote-area requirements.
- Contents: item type, value and characteristics such as batteries, liquids, magnets or fragile materials.
- Packed size and weight: carriers may use actual weight or dimensional weight under their own calculation rules.
- Service and route: available transport options, handling requirements and delivery conditions.
An early estimate is not the final freight bill
Product listings and seller estimates cannot confirm the packed shipment. Final chargeable weight is assessed after packing. We show the available quotation for your review before you pay international freight.
From packed parcel to dispatch
- Confirm the recipient’s full name, deliverable address, postal code and contact details.
- Review the packed parcel details and the available shipping quotation.
- Check how duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges are handled for the proposed route.
- Approve the shipping option and pay the quoted freight.
- Receive dispatch and tracking information once the shipment is handed over and that information is available.
Customs and item eligibility
Declarations must describe the actual contents and value. Do not request false descriptions, undervaluation or evasion of destination restrictions. Some products need extra documentation or cannot use a particular route. Read the restricted-items guidance and ask before sending uncertain items.
Delivery expectations
Route availability and estimated delivery windows are confirmed in the quotation. Customs processing, inspections and carrier conditions can affect delivery. Tell us about a deadline before purchasing so we can assess whether the plan is practical.
