Confirm the receiving instructions first
Contact us on WhatsApp and wait for your assigned warehouse details and parcel identification instructions before dispatching anything. Starting a conversation does not reserve a warehouse address or confirm that an item is accepted.
How forwarding works
- Check the items and destination. Share the product description, quantity, value and any batteries, liquids, magnets or other special characteristics.
- Get your receiving instructions. Use the exact address and identification information confirmed by our team.
- Tell us what is coming. Supply each domestic tracking number, seller and expected parcel contents so arrivals can be matched.
- Review arrival information. We register the original parcel and provide outer-package photos. Opening the parcel or checking its contents is a separate requested service.
- Choose packing and shipping. After consolidation or repacking, we measure and weigh the shipment and provide a freight quotation. Dispatch follows approval and payment.
What receiving includes
The forwarding receipt fee is US$1.50 per original domestic parcel. It includes receipt registration and outer-package photos. It does not include the three-per-SKU purchasing photo service, a contents inspection, or product testing.
Combining parcels and storage
The first standard consolidation is included. Special packing, extra materials or additional handling are quoted before work. Standard parcels meeting both the 5 kg weight limit and 0.03 m³ volume limit receive 60 days of free storage. Later charges follow each original parcel’s arrival date, even after consolidation. Before your seller ships
- Check the restricted-items guidance and disclose the actual contents.
- Keep your seller order details and domestic tracking numbers.
- Do not send cash-on-delivery parcels or items needing special handling without prior confirmation.
- Tell us whether retail boxes, gift packaging or labels must be preserved.
